The following key leadership positions are proposed to ensure an effective organizational structure for the MEESC, focusing on governance, economic development, security initiatives, and diplomatic coordination.
1- Supreme Leadership
1- A: Chairman and Founder
• Leads the council, sets the overall vision, and ensures alignment with the strategic goals of member nations and U.S. partnerships.
2- Two Vice Chairman
· Supports the Chairman, oversees key initiatives and represents the council in high-level meetings in the Chairman’s absence.
2- A: Economic Division
2-B: Chief Economic Strategist
• Develop and implement regional economic plans, trade agreements, and investment strategies.
2-C: Director of Trade and Commerce
• Manages trade policies, and cross-border commerce, and ensures regional economic integration.
2-D: Director of Infrastructure and Development
• Oversees projects related to energy, transportation, and sustainable development.
3. Security Division
3-A: Chief Security Advisor
• Designs and supervises regional security frameworks, including counterterrorism, military cooperation, and intelligence sharing.
3:B: Director of Defense and Peacekeeping
• Facilitates collaboration between member nations’ armed forces and ensures peacekeeping operations are effective.
3-C: Director of Cybersecurity and Intelligence
• Oversees digital security initiatives and intelligence-sharing frameworks between members and U.S. allies.
4. Diplomatic and Partnership Division
4-A: Chief Diplomatic Officer
• Leads diplomatic efforts, fostering relations between member states and the U.S.
4-B: Director of International Cooperation
• Build partnerships with global organizations like the United Nations, World Bank, and private sector entities.
4-C: Cultural and Educational Exchange Coordinator
• Promotes cultural exchange and oversees education initiatives among member countries.
5. Administrative and Advisory Division
5-A: Secretary-General
• Manages day-to-day operations, coordinates between divisions, and ensures smooth functioning of the council.
5-B: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Oversees the council’s financial operations, budgeting, and funding allocation.
5-C: Legal Advisor
• Provides legal guidance on international agreements, policies, and compliance matters.
6. Regional Representatives

• Each zone (e.g., Gulf States, Levant, North Africa) has a director to address specific regional challenges and opportunities.

• Acts as the primary liaison between MEESC and the United States to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Provides insights on U.S. foreign policy and strategic interests in the region.
9. Public Relations and Outreach
9-A: Chief Communications Officer
• Manages public messaging, branding, and media relations for the council.
9-B: Director of Community Engagement
• Works with local leaders and communities in member states to promote awareness and participation in MEESC initiatives.

• Focuses on renewable energy projects, sustainability initiatives, and regional energy policies.
